NASA is With YouWhen You Fly

Today’s aviation industry is better equipped than ever to safely and efficiently transport passengers and cargo to destinations around the world. In fact, every U.S. aircraft flying today, and every U.S. air traffic control facility, uses NASA-developed technology in some way. As a new global aviation system for the 21st century emerges, we remain committed to building on a legacy of aeronautical research that will meet the needs of tomorrow.

Charting a New Vision

ATM-X is partnering with the FAA and industry to improve the existing aviation ecosystem. Together, we’re developing innovative technologies and leveraging best practices from NASA’s UTM research towards an all-access, safe, and efficient NAS.

Leadership

Engineers and researchers across NASA’s research centers work jointly with government and industry partners to make the ATM-X vision a reality.
