OVERVIEW

The Transformational Tools & Technologies (T^3) Project Planning Meeting will be a VIRTUAL meeting for 2021.  We plan to have fewer parallel sessions to ensure maximum attendance at the planned meetings with Technical Leads and Sub-project Managers.  We will utilize parts of four days Monday-Thursday (July 26-29).  A final agenda will be available soon.  

The goal of this virtual meeting will be to develop detailed T^3 work plans for FY22 and more notional plans for FY23 that align with our project’s strategic goals and the ARMD Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP).  These will serve as a starting point for generating our FY22/FY23 T^3 implementation plans.  We anticipate extensive discussion between our Technical Leads, Management Team, Center Line Management, and key Subject Matter Experts in developing these plans.
