Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State Northridge. 8 years experience at Lockheed Advanced Developments Company (the Skunk Works) working first as a wind tunnel test engineer at Rye Canyon, and then as a Senior Aerodynamicist in Burbank doing performance estimation and stability and control analysis for advanced research configurations. In 1991 he joined the Eidetics Corporation as a Senior Research Engineer and acted as Principal Investigator for many Phase I and Phase II SBIR research programs with NASA, US Army, US Navy, and US Air Force. Then was promoted to Vice President of Engineering and was responsible for the strategic planning, management, marketing, budgeting, and technical leadership of the Engineering Group. In 2002, he founded Rolling Hills Research Corporation, where he is currently the President. In addition to management functions, he is still actively involved in all of the company’s engineering research projects.
