
Mr. Robert Pearce, Associate Administrator for the Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD), will host a virtual all-hands on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 for Ames Research Center researchers and other center stakeholders. During his address, he will provide an update on the ARMD budget and plans for the coming year. ARMD is responsible for NASA's aeronautics research to serve the future needs of civil aviation by conducting research on flight. ARMD oversees four programs: Advanced Air Vehicles Program (AAVP), Airspace Operations and Safety Program (AOSP), Integrated Aviation Systems Program (IASP), and the Transformative Aeronautics Concepts Program (TACP). Ames has substantial participation in all four programs. Those interested in learning more about the current state of ARMD are invited to attend this virtual all-hands meeting.
